Experienced Business Developer/Partner Manager to shape & lead partner program globally from our Malmö (SE) headquarters is the leading Web Hosting & Domain name provider in Scandinavia and Benelux with more than 1.500.000 customers. Our core values stem from the Scandinavian roots of the company and plays an important role in the culture. Besides traditional domain names and hosting - we offer software-as-a-service tools to prosumers, solopreneurs and smaller SMB’s to build their online identity, website and online store.

As a Partner Program Manager, you will help shape, refine and drive the partner program across institutions, networks, events and other entities in which target group is over-represented. The partner program will drive awareness of our products and instill brand-loyalty with a new generation of our favorite customers while driving value to partners.

You are a strong commercial profile, with experience in business development and/or partner-management, thriving in a role where you set your own agenda and help shape the program from ground-up while simultaneously driving results on pre-existing partnerships. 

The partner manager will:

  • Lead, shape and drive the partner program globally

  • Understand and refine program across different cultures and geographies

  • Work closely with product teams, marketing and commercial teams to deliver results and excellent experiences for partners across our core 9 markets

  • Initiate market research and lead identification across all markets

  • Outbound initiatives to onboard new partners in the program

  • Set strategy for long-term while leading and executing on all tactical plans for the partner program with focus on execution and short-term wins

  • Be point-of-contact for existing partners and posses ability to create meaningful relations with individuals across a variety of institutions from teachers to CEO’s

  • Drive strategic partnership proposals that deliver value on both sides 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience from (a) relevant position(s)

  • Experience with either SAAS or digital products is a plus

  • Proven track-record in executing on commercial strategies driving results

  • Excellent communication skills in English, plus if bi-lingual

Work details 

You will be working out of our Malmö office in a fast-paced but ambitious environment in a modern open-office environment. Work-timings will be flexible based on your agenda and schedule. We don’t count hours as much as we count results.

NOTE: Our office is currently located in Hyllie, but we will move to a new location 2 minutes from Malmo Central Station, during the next couple of months!
